Most people setting up a home here for a posting or a project do one of two things. They buy everything, then sell it at a loss when it ends. Or they pay serviced-apartment rates for a place that was never really theirs.
Hiring is the third option. The house gets set up properly, you pay for the time you actually need it — a few months or a couple of years — and we take it all away at the end.

We know PACMAN regulations. We know what a 48-hour turnaround actually takes. We deliver across the Hunter ourselves, from a base in Warabrook, with no national call centre and no subcontracted runs. When the contract ends, we collect.

How quickly can you deliver?
Most setups are done within 48 hours of confirmation. Tight timeframe? Tell us the date and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
Isn't it cheaper to just buy?
For a few weeks, sometimes. For a posting or project of a few months or more, hire usually wins once you count the buying, the selling at the end, and the time it takes to deal with both.
Do you understand ADF housing allowances?
We do. We build every defence package to PACMAN, so what we quote sits inside what your allowance covers. Beds, fridges, dining and laundry are in. TVs, computers and gaming consoles aren't.
Who is this not for?
